Ultra Durable Nylon: Nyl-Glo with SolarGuard is manufactured exclusively by Annin FLagmakers. This flag is made from heavyweight spun polyester and engineered to allow wind to pass through, reducing the stress on the flag. It is the best outdoor flag for commercial or institutional use, high wind areas or daily use.

Brass Grommets: Nyl-Glo features include weather resistant brass grommets so your flag will last through the toughest weather. Note: on flags larger than 6' x 10' those grommets are upgraded to galvanized thimbles.

Lock-Stitched Fly Ends: Four rows of high strength lock-stitching are on the fly (the end of the flag) reducing the likelihood of fraying and extending the life of the flag. Note: larger flags have 6 rows of stitching.

The present Minnesota Flag was designed in 1957, and has the state seal on a blue field. The Lady Slipper, the state flower, runs around the white circle around the seal which features a landscape with a Native American riding past a farmer cultivating his field. A scroll containing the state motto, Letiole du Nord, Star of the North, nineteen stars representing Minnesota as the nineteenth state, and the year of its statehood, 1858, complete the state seal.
